The stigmas about mental health are unfair and must be stopped. As a person and provider, it is completely acceptable to hurt or mourn. It is perfectly fine to ask for help.
The very people who dedicate their lives to helping others, need our help. Whether you have a story to tell or simply want to help others, you are invited to attend our Tuesday Talks.
Starting Tuesday, July 5th at 7:00 pm, we will be in classroom 3 at Turkey Creek Medical Center, hosting our first ever Tuesday Talk. This will be a time where providers and responders from all backgrounds will be invited to fellowship, talk about their past, and provide encouragement for moving forward.
This judgement free zone will be an area that we can defeat those stigmas by respectfully talking about the challenges we face, learn new strategies for handling those challenges, and lift our brothers and sisters up as we prepare to face tomorrow.
